Hi, I’m Lancelot Pelletier, owner of Nibbles, Bits & Bytes.

I grew up in Ponoka, and I’m proud to have opened a local storefront where people can get honest, dependable help with their technology. Computers and electronics have been a passion of mine for more than 34 years, and I still enjoy the challenge of figuring out what went wrong—and, more importantly, getting things working again.

My background includes a Systems Engineering degree and experience in custom programming, computer repair, network setup and administration, and basic network security. I started by building custom inventory systems for small and medium-sized businesses, then expanded into repairing computers, solving software problems, managing networks, and working on electronics.

Today, I specialize in micro-soldering, software-error repair, troubleshooting, and the kind of problem-solving that requires looking beyond the obvious. Whether a computer is slow, a program is misbehaving, a device needs to be set up, or important data needs to be recovered, I take the time to understand the issue and explain the options clearly.

At Nibbles, Bits & Bytes, the goal is simple: provide practical help that puts the customer first. I offer on-site software repairs when needed, work hard to provide a quick turnaround, and always aim to be upfront and honest about what a repair involves. I’m here to help home users, families, seniors, small businesses—anyone who needs a hand with their technology.
